BOARDING

ufuria is dedicated to making your time away from your furry family members a pleasant experience for all. Our services are designed to ease your mind and enhance the bond you have with your pet while under our care. We strive to alleviate anxiety and provide a sense of comfort and happiness for you and your pet. Our custom-built boarding suites have tempered glass doors and integrated patented drainage systems for safety and sanitation. Our activity-based boarding philosophy promotes mental, emotional and physical well-being for pets by providing them with activities that not only keep them occupied during their board stay, but gives them the socialization, exercise, training and grooming that they need for optimal health.

Our activities include: dog daycare, private play, fitness, training and salon & spaw services. A majority of our clients partake in one or several of these activities during their board stay. We are able to handle everything from dogs with issues such as aggression or separation anxiety, to puppies, geriatric dogs and dogs with disabilities.

Our boarding facility is staffed 365 days a year.

POLICIES

To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests and visitors, all dogs must be on a leash when entering ufuria.

All pets at ufuria must be healthy and free of any contagious illnesses. If your pet is exhibiting any symptoms that may suggest illness such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, runny eyes or nose, vomiting, lethargy, or diarrhea, please do not bring your pet to ufuria. We are happy to provide referrals for ill pets to local veterinarians who board pets.

All guests must be on an active flea and tick preventative. Dogs with flea or tick problems will be bathed and treated at the owner’s expense.

Please bring a copy of current vaccination records with you. We require proof of current (1) rabies (3 yr. or 1 yr.); d/h/p/p (3yr. or 1 yr.); and bordatella (1 yr) vaccinations. You can also ask your veterinarian’s office to fax them to us at 909.481.1155 prior to attending an intro evaluation for dog daycare or boarding at ufuria. We also accept titer tests as an alternative to vaccination records.

BOARDING CHECK IN

  • weekdays: 2:00pm – 6:30pm

  • weekends: 2:00pm – 5:30pm

  • early check in fee (before 2:00pm): $24.95*
    *boarding guests who have passed a social group play evaluation may opt for a full day of daycare in lieu of the early check in fee

BOARDING CHECK OUT

  • weekdays: by noon (12:00pm)

  • weekends: by noon (12:00pm)

  • late check out fee (after 12:00pm): $24.95*
    *boarding guests who have passed a social group play evaluation may opt for a full day of daycare in lieu of the late check out fee; all guests who remain after close of business (7pm weekdays; 6pm weekends) will be charged an additional night’s board.  Late night check outs may be arranged after close of business, but to minimize disturbance of the remaining guests at our facility, late night check outs must be prearranged and are by appointment only.

Our Check In and Check Out times are modeled after human hotels.  Scheduling the flow of incoming and outgoing clients allows us to better focus our attention and efforts on providing a clean, orderly environment and a comfortable experience for all of our guests. Boarding guests staying for a minimum of 5 nights receive a free bath or brush out (a $25-$45 value).  Large and giant breeds, dogs with excessive shedding and/or matting will be subject to an additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT

​​Deposits may be required to secure a board reservation.  Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled, for any reason, within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (please note there is a $25 returned check fee).  Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.
